We offer free worldwide shipping.

All packages are shipped from China.

Once your order is successfully paid, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us at support@soccerkingz.nl so we can manually send you your order confirmation.

From the moment your order is received, it takes 5–7 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.

Tracking numbers are generated before the package is handed over to the courier. For this reason, your tracking number may not show any information at first, or may show that it cannot be found. This is normal — tracking updates will begin to appear within a few days. 

We kindly ask for your patience if your package takes longer than expected to arrive. Your order will reach you, but sometimes delivery may take more time.

If you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages.

We use shipping methods that generally should not incur additional customs fees. However, please note that any unexpected customs charges are your responsibility.
