REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us at support@soccerkingz.nl within 24 hours. If you selected the wrong size or any other option, please contact our support team to have it corrected. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Everyone who shops on our website is entitled to the following guarantees:

• Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (60 business days, excluding 5–7 business days for processing).
• Full or partial refund if the item is damaged or not as described.
• Full refund if you decide not to keep the product – the item must be returned unused, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

• Personalized jerseys with custom names and numbers are non-refundable.
• Orders that do not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).

You can submit refund requests by sending an email to support@soccerkingz.nl 
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
