Is it safe to order on shop?

Why haven’t I received a tracking number yet?

It depends on your customization requirements (name, number, badge). If you select customization options (name, number, badge), we will need up to 5 business days to prepare your jersey for shipping. In peak periods, please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take usually between 2-5 business days. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email after 5 business days, please let us know by emailing We will find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Once I get the tracking number, how can I track my order?

Enter your tracking code in the white box and click “Track” button.

My tracking says “No Information Available At The Moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

When will I get my order?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. Shipping time varies by location, approximately 10-30 business days. Check the estimated shipping time on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Note, all shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To cancel or change your order, please email us immediately at (within 24 hours). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible.

What If I don’t receive my order?

Unfortunately, that could happen, but very rarely.
No need to worry, we will refund your funds if you don’t receive package within the 60-days guarantee period.
While rare, in peak periods, some packages could be lost or not delivered within 60 days. But as we said before, there is very little chance of that happening.

What If I need to return something?

No worries! Contact us, and we will help guide you through the process to send the item back.

What can I do if I received a damaged item?

First of all, we are very sorry if that happened. If it’s up to us, we’ll always offer you a refund or replacement.
Please let us know immediately at so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible!

We are not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear if the item does not fit due to issues with sizing. Damages caused by refitting and resizing on your own will not be accepted.
